Remove the cap and pump. Rinse out any excess product. The glass bottle and cap are widely recycled. Pump is not currently recyclable. The card box should also be recycled.

A lovely product
Such a great idea to use this rather than a pillow spray. The scent is amazing! I used to struggle with sleep, but this product has contributed to helping me get into sleep mode and I couldn't be without it now. I've ordered another one already!
Essential part of sleep routine
