Co-Founder Rebecca talks about staying true to solving skin concerns through natural products and our new look!
2017 heralds an exciting new chapter for Balance Me. You may have already noticed our refreshed look or spotted us in your local M&S. While we remained true to our ethos ‘everything your skin needs and nothing it doesn’t’ we felt the time was right to give the brand a modern and stylish refresh both from a visual (packaging) and range (shop by skin concern) point of view. In 2017 we’ve made it easier for you to find your optimum Balance Me skincare routine.
We have spoken extensively to a number of our most loyal customers as well as key industry opinion formers over the last 18 months to see what resonated with regards to our packaging and ranges. This insightful research has helped us to shape the next phase of our brand’s journey without losing the very essence of what Balance Me stands for.
Whilst our skincare formulations have not changed we wanted to explore a more clinical approach to our skincare packaging, with clearly defined ranges according to skin concern and to draw attention to the innovative, natural botanical ingredients and our clinically proven formulations. However we didn’t want to lose our natural superiority nor our honest approach to beauty, so there are still natural embellishments and our percentage natural stamp.
In contrast our bath and body ranges are now packaged in modern, apothecary-inspired, amber bottles and complementary tubes which allow our customer to immediately identify that they are natural, contain pure essential oils and are stylish enough to grace their bathroom or the pages of their favourite interiors magazine. We’ve also taken the opportunity to improve the formulations of our sulphate-free washes. We’ve utilised the very latest natural ingredients available to us today to ensure our products are of the highest quality yet adhere to our Balance Me Promise.
To our customers, we hope you enjoy our refreshed look. We have listened to your comments and we are sure you’ll find these improvements more convenient and beneficial whether you’re a long-standing customer or new and familiarising yourself with our natural skincare.
