Nothing sounds dreamier than a four-day week. Another day to hit the snooze button, spend time with the family, or just take some time to pamper yourself.
Here are five simple ways to really relax this bank holiday and recharge the batteries:
Treat yourself to an at home facial. Give yourself that out-of-the-salon glow without stepping outside. First up, a thorough double cleanse. Start with an oil or balm such as Cleanse and Smoothe Face Balm, and spend time really massaging the product into the skin. Take a bath. Running a warm bath can be relaxing and great for your skin. Avoid foaming bubble baths as these can strip your skin of moisture.
