Rebecca’s Autumn Skincare Routine

I find once the summer is over and the weather changes my skin really craves moisture...

I am a very outdoorsy type of person so I will always look to protect my skin from cold winds, pollution and UV rays. As I’ve got older I’ve noticed my skin reacts more to external than internal factors. I am going to experiment with our Rose Otto Face Oil in replacement of our Radiance Face Oil this autumn as I’ve experienced some redness in my cheeks over the last few months. We are also working on a very exciting project designed to target pigmentation, naturally. So I’ll be testing this new product through autumn. Watch this space!

It’s important to have a balanced skincare routine; it’s the same as maintaining a balanced diet. I try to give my skin everything it needs. Here is my routine for autumn

MORNING
It has to be quick – achieved in 5 minutes flat! Busy mornings mean my routine has to be efficient but this doesn’t mean skin should miss out. Try selecting products that are quick to use and full of fast acting ingredients.

Morning Face: I start with a quick cleanse using Cleanse and Smooth Face Balm the oat powder is gently exfoliating for a deep cleanse and the lively scent really wakes me up. Radiance Face Oil hydrates and the natural Burti Oil gives my skin a lit-from-within glow, Moisture Rich Face Cream completes the 3 steps ensuring a satin-soft finish. After my 3 steps I use our BB Natural Perfection Moisturiser that also contains SPF
I follow my skincare routine with Benefit’s Roller Lash and a slick of Chantecaille lipstick.

Morning Body: I use our shampoo/conditioner which are both sulphate free and any one of our body washes followed by body brushing (I use two body brushes, it’s much quicker) body brushing is like flossing teeth – a necessity to keep body conditioned. Then I’ll use Super Toning Body Oil massaged all over my body.

EVENING
During the evening when I have a bit more time, I love to wind down with a full skincare routine. If I am really tired I’ll do my quicker morning routine but begin with using Flash Cleanse Micellar Water to remove any make-up

Evening Face: First I’ll use Flash Cleanse Micellar Water, to remove make-up and any daily impurities the gentle chamomile is so soothing for skin and much better for you (and the environment) than using face wipes. I follow my first cleanse with a second using Cleanse and Smooth Face Balm and 3 times a week I’ll use Restore and Replenish Overnight Repair Mask. It’s a real skin treat! Otherwise Stellar Beauty Balm all over my face, neck and chest

Evening Body: Rose Otto Body Cream – I find the fragrance extremely calming and it helps me to sleep peacefully
