Pecans – A great source of vitamin E, an antioxidant widely recognised for its anti-inflammatory properties, as well as helping protect the skin from environmental pollution.
Walnuts – Another source of vitamin E, vital for healthy hair and glowing skin. You’ll find Walnut Shell Powder in our Radiance Face Mask its our natural alternative to micro-beads.
Almonds – A rich source of protein that boosts collagen production, keeping skin smooth and elastic.
Oats – Low on the glycemic index oats can help with inflammation and acne. Oat Powder is a key ingredient in our Cleanse & Smooth Face Balm.
Dates – Nature’s caramel. A naturally super-sweet alternative to refined or processed sugars – sure to put a smile on your face!
Cacao – A powerful antioxidant and good source of sulphur for maintaining healthy skin, hair and nails. You’ll find Cocoa Butters in many of our products including our Lip Quench Balm.

To make about 20 Energy Balls you will need…
• 1 cup pitted dates
• 2/3 cup raw almonds

• 2 tbsp oats
• 1 tbsp linseeds (flaxseeds)
• 1 tbsp raw cacao powder
• 1 tsp ground cinnamon
• 1 tsp maple syrup
• Pinch of salt
• 3 tbsp water (add a  tbsp at a time – use more/less depending on how juicy your dates are!)
