A message from the founders: We took our time with the texture, as we wanted it to be a super luxurious experience where the balm literally melted into the skin on contact. Many lab samples later and we found a formula about which we were really excited. Perfect for everyday use in the AM and PM and suitable for all skin types. As the indulgent texture glides over skin it removes the days dirt including all face and eye makeup, to leave it clean, purified and rebalanced. Prepare for some major skin compliments.

Use the bamboo spatula to scoop out a pea-sized amount of balm. Warm it between palms and massage over dry skin, massaging it into your face and taking it down onto your neck. Add warm water to emulsify and remove with a flannel or cloth. Use AM and PM, as the first step in your routine. This partners perfectly with our Vitamin C Repair Serum in the AM and Collagen Boost Moisturiser in the PM.

Remove the cap. Rinse out any excess product. The glass bottle and cap are widely recycled. The card box should also be recycled.

Love this!
I have tried varous cleansing balms before and found them to robust for my sensitive skin. I am not a fan of water on my face but I'm prepared to use it to use this lovely product. Melts beautifully and my skin loves it. A fabulous product.
Berry face balm
This is a lovely cleanser. Leaves my skin feeling soft and hydrated. It's unusual, in that it's more of a balm than a normal cleanser, but it feels great.

I absolutely love this cleanser. It makes my skin so soft and clean. I suffer from very dry flaky skin and this sorts it out. This is my hero product.

A luxurious evening cleansing balm that removes make up and grime and leaves my aging skin feeling fresh and hydrated.
Amazing balm
I have used similar products from other brands before, so was keen to try the Balance Me version, and it did not disappoint! It is my new fav, for sure. The smell, texture and hydrating properties of this product just work wonders on my dry, ageing skin. It dissolves makeup, and your skin feels so clean and really glowy and hydrated after each use.

I've changed my mind
ok, so back in September I wrote a review saying this product was not me. since then I have changed my mind. i used up the rest of the sample and saw a big difference in the hydration of skin. I have now ordered a large pot, I'm am a convert. I do have to double cleanse with this as i find it leaves an oily residue but.....it really does make your skin soft, less dry, does not break you out and makes the skin look calmer the following morning. since getting through my old products, i have started to purchase all Balance Me products and seeing a superb change to my face a and body. Thank you for making me feel like me again.
Glowing Skin
This is my favourite BM product I have tried to date. I have a dry, sensitive peri-menopausal skin that is quite reactive but my skin positively glows with this cleanser. I like the spatula for hygiene reasons and also not to use too much of the product. The texture just melts onto my skin, removing my makeup, the fragrance is naturally invigorating like a facial in a jar! I add some warm water and use in conjunction with a muslin cloth and all traces of makeup is gone, leaving radiant, non-irritated and soft skin.
