This was a recommendation from a friend. It is soothing, comfortable and absorbs well. The scent is heavenly! I use it after the pre/probiotic cleanser. I have rosacea and sensitivity and although it hasn’t cleared it up, it is helping and I like the fact it is all natural and just soothes. I use it every morning but just wish it had an SPF. Please stock a SPF!

It’s hard to put into words how much this little moisturiser has changed my life and my skin, having extremely sensitive blemish prone dry skin which has reacted to so much in the past, I thought I would try this and I am so pleased I did! In a couple of weeks it has radically improved my skin, without causing one blemish. It’s amazing, and has literally changed so much for me, my confidence, I can wear less makeup and people have commented how my skin looks radiant! Thank you , thank you! ! I only recently started using moisturizer regularly last year, as I figured I was 27 and should start some skincare. My skin is very sensitive, red, get dry flaky spots, and breaks out easily and I always hated the greasy feeling lotions left. I got a sample of this, and after using it daily for a week or two I was breaking out way less, dry stores were gone, and my face had much less redness. I’m on my second full-size bottle, and after using this (along with a few other Balance Me products I’ve picked up), my skin is unrecognizable! I wasn’t sure this would be heavy enough to get me through the winter as it’sa pretty light moisturizer, but it did! My mom even told me my skin looking glowing last time I visited!

I received a free sample of this lotion with my last order plus a full sized bottle too as part of a promotion. I’ve only used the sample so far…I’m very loyal to the Rich Moisture Cream, as it’s the most hydrating for my skin. However, this would be a great moisturiser for summer. It’s not as rich as the Moisture Rich Cream, but it does provide good hydration. In combination with the Prebiotic Cream Cleansing Milk, it really keeps skin clear, but I think my skin just loves the texture and richness of the other cream more. As always, a wonderful product!

I purchased this after sampling the lovely pre and probiotic cleanser. My skin is sensitive and I've suffered from spots all my adult life and now I'm perimenopausal to boot – yay! I needed a new moisturiser, something nourishing but not too heavy and this is just perfect. My skin feels hydrated without being greasy and redness has reduced. I just wish I'd tried it sooner!

This pre and probiotic radiance cream is my go to each morning. It absorbs beautifully, smells amazing and leaves my face soft, clear and bright. Love all the wonderful ingredients and love the way my skin (60+) responds. Looking forward to trying the collagen cream and daily cleanser (which I've received in my Ipsy bag). Wishing and hoping these amazing skin care products can be readily available here in the US in the future.

I honestly was trying to buy the plumping spray but I was sent this product...even after exchanging it..I was still sent this product! Let me tell you that I am soo happy that this mistake happened! I am now in LOVE with two of your products haha This leaves my skin so beautiful..natural glow and soft. Can’t say enough about it! If you love this one I would highly suggest the plumping spray too!

This cream is my new go-to! I hadn't found one that left me as soft and glowy as a super expensive luxury brand, so was living off sample tubes or unhappy with other choices. Then I found this cream and I am thrilled with it! Especially after the AHA glow mask but even on its own with my normal routine, my skin has never been so bright, smooth and happy.

I had gotten a sample of this and had to have more! It does firm your skin. You can actually feel it when you put it on. I use it morning and night and have noticed my wrinkles are a little bit less. I have sensitive skin and eczema and it did not irritate at all! Totally recommend it!

Im 29, my skin is dry and I break out from almost every moisturizer. I saw a difference within a couple of weeks with once a day use. Tiny plugged pores on my chin were disappearing.
