All Balance Me orders are currently shipped from the United Kingdom. You may however be subject to local duties, sales taxes or local VAT and customs clearance fees if delivery is outside the United Kingdom

Ordering From Outside the UK

Orders destined for outside of the UK are exempt from UK VAT. 

Orders destined for outside the UK are shipped on a delivery duty at place (DAP). This means you may be liable to pay local sales taxes, customs duties and clearance fees on arrival of your order. Where this is the case, you will need to pay these costs to release your order from customs before it is delivered to you.
