We founded Balance Me on the principle of bringing a moment of balance to the lives of everyone we touch and this continues to be our guiding principle in the weeks ahead.
As an independent, family-run business, we’re doing all we can to look out for our brilliant team, wonderful customers and local communities. We’re keeping a close eye on all official guidelines and are so grateful for your support and understanding.
Our warehouse team is working extremely hard to process all online orders as quickly as possible. Measures and precautions are being taken to ensure that this is done in a way that protects both staff and the safety of your order. This may mean that your delivery may take a little bit longer than usual.
Our international delivery partners are experiencing significant delays in some countries. Please allow 21 working days for your order to arrive.
Our current plan is that we will carry on innovating and designing new products and ensuring you can have a moment of self-care wherever possible. We are currently working with our team of chemists to bring out a hand sanitiser which we know is in short supply across the country.
We will be bringing you regular ideas as to how to take care of yourselves and your loved ones and we hope our wellbeing-inspired skincare will continue to bring you and your family’s skin some daily pleasure.
