What is the Beauty Circle?

This is our way of showing our appreciation. You’ll earn points for activities on our site, like referrals and purchases. You can use them to earn discounts off purchases, so the more you collect the more you save​.


Who can join?​

Anyone with an account is automatically enrolled.​


Do points expire?

+

You can earn points for all sorts of activities, including referring friends, and making purchases. To see all the ways you can earn points click the *Earn Points* tab in the menu.​

Your points will automatically expire 12 months after you have earnt them. You should be informed via email about expiration.​


How do I view my points balance?

You will be able to see your points balance on the header of the loyalty page, when you are logged in. or in my account.


How do I redeem my reward?

Select the tab called *Rewards*. Here you’ll see all the rewards we offer. If you have enough points, you can redeem them for a reward. Rewards last 30 days once activated.​


What do Approved, Pending and Cancelling statuses mean?

Approved: These points can be redeemed on rewards immediately​

Pending: These points need to be verified before you can redeem them. This typically applies to purchases and referrals. Purchases can take up to 7 days to get approved. Referrals will get approved once the person you refer completes a purchase on their end.​

Cancelled: These points will not be added to your account. For example, this will happen if you cancel a purchase (the points will change from pending to cancelled).​


Why did my points balance go down?

You, or someone you referred, cancelled or returned a purchase.​


I completed an activity but didn’t earn any points?

It can sometimes take a few minutes for us to process your activity and provide your points. If the issue persists, please contact our customer service desk. Please note that purchase points take up to 7 days to get approved, this is to allow time in case of returns.​


I made a purchase yesterday but my points are showing as pending.​

Can I use my rewards with my gift certificate?

Yes – At checkout please input your voucher code and click apply. Then input your Gift Certificate code and click apply.​


Can I use my point at checkout?

Not directly - please login to your loyalty account to redeem your points for a voucher which can then be applied during checkout.​


Can I use my rewards on my subscription purchases?

No – you get a discount from entering the Subscribe and Save program.​


Can I earn points on my subscribe and save order?

No - you can not earn points on Subscribe and Save.


How do I leave the programme? ​

If you no longer wish to earn points, please contact us and ask to be unenrolled. We'll enroll you and you will lose any points you have accrued.​


What happens if I leave and wish to rejoin the programme again?

Just contact us and we'll re-enroll you. However, your point total will begin from zero.​
