We are immensely proud that we are soon to be an official B Corporation! This means we meet high standards of social and environmental performance, transparency and accountability. Simply put, we believe in making small steps for giant leaps when it comes to balancing people, profit and the planet.

Here are just some of the ways we are committing to being a force for good:

PEOPLE:

Our healthcare policies at work reward our team to stay fit and healthy, and we match any charitable funds raised by our employees, on a pound-for-pound basis. 

PLANET:

We are passionate about the environment. Currently, 92% of our packaging is recyclable, renewable, contains recycled materials and/or is reusable and we are incredibly proud that by the end of 2022 we will have stepped this up to 96%. Our tubes are composed of 50% recycled plastic and our pumps are following suit. We have already started stepping our bottles up from 50% to 100% recycled plastic. Our decorative cartons and web boxes are fully FSC certified. We take the planet so seriously, we also promote flexible working from home to help prevent unnecessary travel, carbon emissions and pollution.

PROFIT:

We actively donate to charities including Beauty Banks to get hygiene products to those under the poverty line, because we believe that everyone has the right to be clean. By 2023, 20% of our profits in products at retail value will be donated to amazing causes like this. 

PRODUCT:

The ingredients in each of our formulations are 99.98% naturally occurring, derived from or nature identical. Moving forwards our aim is for all new products to be 99% naturally occurring, derived from or nature identical as above. We create our skincare with high performance bio-actives and choose to formulate without silicones, sulphates, parabens, phthalates, petrolatum, propylene glycol, mineral oil, synthetic fragrance, synthetic colours, TEA, DEA, MIT, CMIT, PEGS in line with our own personal brand mission.
