Introducing our Skin and Supplement Surgery  

Everyone’s invited to our Skin and Supplement Surgery, an open Zoom session hosted on 18th November
by co-founders from Balance Me and MPOWDER Rebecca and Rebekah, where we’ll explore the beautiful connection between skincare and supplements.

They will discuss the importance of switching up supplements and skincare in midlife, demystify the science and offer practical tips on how to support yourself at this important life stage. Rebekah, founder and head of research at MPOWDER will be walking us through the botanicals, vitamins and minerals with the strongest clinical support and discussing the concept of herbal synergy, the principles at the heart of naturopathy, and how this approach makes everything work harder. 

Rebecca, co-founder at BALANCE ME skincare will highlight the importance of supporting your skin to suit your age and life stage and introduce the joys of simple 5-minute daily rituals that are easy to fit into your busy every day. She will demystify serums and moisturisers, share simple tips and tips on how best to layer and which ingredients are the ‘must haves’ to enhance hydration, collagen activity and glow.
