Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and Services to you.

A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.

We reserve the right to refuse Service to anyone for any reason at any time.

Material on this Website is protected by copyright which is owned by Balance Me. Users may view, print and download the contents for personal use only; the contents must not be used for commercial purposes or incorporated in any publication in any form.

The trade marks, logos, and service marks displayed on the website (collectively, the Trade Marks) are the registered and unregistered trademarks of Balance Me and are protected by UK and international trade mark laws.

SECTION 4- PAYMENT

We must receive full cleared payment for an order before we despatch the Goods. You can pay using any major credit or debit card. You confirm that the credit or debit card that is being used is yours. All credit or debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your card refuses to authorise payment, we won’t be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

All prices shown are inclusive of VAT at current rates and are exclusive of Delivery charges. The total cost of your order is the price of the Goods ordered and Delivery charges as set out in the Delivery Information section of our Website.

We may not accept your order if an item you have ordered is out of stock, we are unable to obtain authorisation for your payment or if there is a product or pricing error. We reserve the right to reject any offer to purchase by you at any time. No contract will be formed unless and until Balance Me accepts the Buyers order. Acceptance will be deemed to have occurred when Balance Me sends a confirmatory email to the Buyer, or if earlier, Balance Me dispatches the Goods.

If we are unable to fulfil your order following our order acknowledgement, we will contact you by email or telephone advising you of this. Our cancellation and return procedures are set out below.

SECTION 5- DELIVERY OF GOODS

We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours of receipt of placing an order. Parcels should then reach you within 2-3 working days of leaving our warehouse. This is subject to seasonal variation and indicative only. We cannot accept any liability whatsoever for delayed Delivery caused by any third party. We specify the method and address for Delivery when you make your order. Risk of damage or loss of the Goods passes to you on Delivery. If you do require any information regarding your order(s) please read our Delivery information page of our Website. This also details how you can contact us with queries. We do not send products via this site to Denmark, please contact us if you would like our local contact in this country.

SECTION 6 - CANCELLATION AND RETURNS

Cancellation If you are a consumer, for most products bought online you have a legal right to change your mind within 30 days and receive a refund under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.  This right to cancel applies to all consumers who purchase Goods on our Website so long as they notify us within 30 days of placing the order at: customercare@balanceme.com stating the date of the order and the wish to cancel the order.

Returns We will issue refunds or exchanges as long as you notify us with your request by email within seven (30) working days of Delivery. We will refund or exchange as long as we are satisfied that tamper seals remain in place and the Goods are in a re-sellable condition. Unfortunately we cannot refund any postage costs incurred. If we choose to send you replacement Goods in exchange before you have returned the original Goods you must return the original Goods within 30 days of receiving the replacement Goods. If you fail to do so we reserve the right to charge the price of the replacement Goods to the payment card used for the original order. Please email customercare@balanceme.com and we will issue you with a returns reference number and give you instructions on how to return your Goods. (Your statutory rights are not affected)

In the unlikely event that you dislike or experience a reaction to one of our products, please contact customer services (details below).

Refunds If your order is shipped to the wrong address or you receive it damaged or defective, we’ll give you a full refund or replacement. You must notify us of this within 30 days of delivery by email to customercare@balanceme.com, quoting your invoice number and describing the damage involved. We will issue you with a returns reference number and give you instructions on how to return your goods.

SECTION 7- BALANCE ME OFFERS AND PROMOTIONS

SECTION 8- BALANCE ME IN PARCEL GIFT WITH PURCHASE

Every month we gift a luxury travel size product with every order placed online. No code is needed, the product will be automatically added to your basket. While stocks last. Should the advertised free gift be out of stock, we will send an alternative.
We cannot refund or exchange the free gift.

SECTION 9- BALANCE ME DISCOUNT CODES

Our discount codes generally abide by the following terms:

One use per customer. Cannot be redeemed for cash. Not available in conjunction with any other offer. Only full priced items are included in this promotion, pre discounted products, kits and bundles are excluded from this offer. 

The welcome offer can only be used on full price items, and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. Only valid for new customers.

SECTION 10- BALANCE ME E-GIFT VOUCHERS

Our electronic e- gift vouchers are redeemable by customers online at balanceme.com in the following currencies: British pounds ONLY.

E-Gift vouchers cannot be returned or exchanged for cash except where required by law.

We cannot replace or refund if lost or stolen.

SECTION 11- BALANCE ME LOYALTY CLUB

Double loyalty points will automatically apply on one order placed between 10:00 GMT 16/02/24 and 9:00 GMT 19/02/24. Loyalty points will be added to your account once your order is shipped but will remain pending until the 30 day return period is over. The points are then valid to be redeemed for a voucher code for 12 months. 

The Balance Me Loyalty Club is a Club through which we choose to reward our loyal customers

  • Membership of the Balance Me Loyalty Club remains for the length of time that you place orders through balanceme.com. The Balance Me Loyalty Club points are based on your spend on balanceme.com within a 12 month period from the date you become a Balance Me Loyalty Club Member, and every consecutive 12 month period thereafter. These Terms are subject to change and we reserve the right to change or withdraw any benefits of the Balance Me Loyalty Club membership or suspend or terminate the club at any time at our sole discretion and for any reason. Balance Me Loyalty Club members will be deemed to have accepted the updated Terms when they log in to their Balance Me account, and/or make a purchase from the Website. We encourage you to review these Terms and Conditions periodically
  • Additional terms and conditions may apply to some or all of the benefits provided through the Balance Me Loyalty Club. These additional terms and conditions will be provided to you with the details of the relevant benefit. Where there is a conflict between any additional terms and conditions and these Membership Terms, the additional terms and conditions shall prevail
  • If we have offered to provide a benefit to you and are subsequently unable to do so, we shall endeavour to substitute (but have no obligation to provide) another benefit of the same or greater value (as determined by us in our absolute discretion).
  • You may terminate your Balance Me Loyalty Club membership at any time by contacting us at customercare@balanceme.com or by calling our Customer Care Team on 020 7593 1070
  • Without prejudice to our right to withdraw your membership of the Balance Me Loyalty Club at any time, we shall be entitled to terminate your membership immediately by notice to you if you breach these Membership Terms, any of the additional terms and conditions referred to in paragraph 4 above or any of the terms and conditions applying to your Balance Me Loyalty Club membership. We shall also be entitled to terminate your membership immediately by notice to you if you are found to have acted dishonesty or fraudulently in relation to any purchases made by you through balanceme.com or in relation to your Balance Me Loyalty Club membership. Notice of termination of membership will be sent to the email address associated with your membership account
  • These Membership Terms and any document expressly referred to in them represent the entire agreement between us in relation to your membership of the Balance Me Loyalty Club and supersedes any prior agreement, understanding or arrangement between us, whether oral or in writing. We each acknowledge that neither of us has relied on any representation, undertaking or promise given by the other or be implied from anything said or written between us prior to your becoming a member of the Balance Me Loyalty Club except as expressly stated in these Membership Terms or any document expressly referred to in them
  • If you live outside the UK you will still earn points for all your orders placed. You will earn 5 points for every US dollar and 5 points for every Euro spent. Once you reach 250 points you will be able to convert these points to rewards and use against a future order.

Earning and Redeeming Loyalty Club Points

  • For every £1 you spend on merchandise on balanceme.com, you receive five points. Once you reach 250 points the points can be converted to reward vouchers via the Loyalty Club portal. Please see your personal Loyalty Club portal for your current redemption options.
  • If any item for which you earned points is returned, the points earned in connection with that purchase will be deducted from your account. Points are non-transferable, may not be redeemed for cash and cannot be exchanged, sold or returned. Points are not valid with other offers.

Reward Tiers - Balance Me Enthusiast, Advocate and Ambassador 

  • Balance Me Enthusiast (Unlocked at £50 per year)
    Balance Me Beginner members who spend a combined minimum of £50+ on merchandise net of promotions and discounts on balanceme.com in any 12-month period will earn Enthusiast status. Beginner status is valid for the 12-month period following the date of qualification, and annual requalification is required. Loyalty Club members in Enthusiast tier will earn 5 points for every £1 spent on balanceme.com
  • Balance Me Advocate (Unlocked at £100 per year)
    Balance Me Advocate members who spend a combined minimum of £100+ on merchandise net of promotions and discounts on balanceme.com in any 12-month period will earn Advocate status. Advocate status is valid for the 12-month period following the date of qualification, and annual requalification is required. Loyalty Club members in Advocate tier will earn 5 points for every £1 spent on balanceme.com
  • Balance Me Ambassador (Unlocked at £250 per year)
    Balance Me Ambassador members who spend a combined minimum of £250+ on merchandise net of promotions and discounts on balanceme.com in any 12-month period will earn Ambassador status. Ambassador status is valid for the 12-month period following the date of qualification, and annual requalification is required. Loyalty Club members in Ambassador tier will earn 5 points for every £1 spent on balanceme.com 

Customers can view their points balance on www.balanceme.com in the header by the account icon. You can also view the points in the Loyalty Club portal accessible from the homepage. You must be logged into your account to view your points balance. 

Rewards terms 

  1. Customers are rewarded points when their order status is ‘Shipped’. Points will not be approved until day 30 after purchase.
  2. Points are cancelled when the order status is updated to ‘Cancelled’
  3. Customers are awarded points based on their order subtotal, excluding the following:
    • Coupons codes
    • Promotional discounts
    • E gift vouchers
    • Shipping

Ways to redeem 

  1. Rewards
    a) Customers must earn at least 250 points before converting to voucher codes to use against future orders.

    a) Points expire after one year (365 days)
    b) You will receive a warning email 30 days and then again at 3 days before your points expire.

When you register for a subscription to receive Balance Me products on a continuing basis, you acknowledge and agree that Balance Me is authorised to charge you on the frequency of shipments that you most recently selected ( i,e every 1 month, 2 months or 3 months) for as long as your subscription continues and until you cancel it.

Checkout subscription terms​

By clicking "Place my order", you confirm that your subscription will automatically renew and your credit card will automatically be charged the subscription price according to the Order summary section of the checkout page until you cancel your subscription. Email subscription terms

Balance Me provides a subscription service. By subscribing to our service, you have confirmed that you accept our Terms of Service. Your subscription will automatically renew on a recurring basis at which time your credit card will be charged automatically for the subscription products until you cancel your subscription. Shipping fees may apply and could be recalculated for future orders based on changes in shipping fees. You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Subscriptions section of your account.​

Apple pay / Google Pay subscription terms​

By completing your checkout, you acknowledge that your subscription will automatically renew, and your credit card will be charged the subscription fees according to the Order summary until you cancel your subscription. You may cancel your subscription at any time.

Cancellation Policy

In order to cancel your subscription, please do so prior to your next billing date which is shown on your My account page.

Additional Details

  • Please refer to our Balance Me shipping information for subscription shipping terms. The same thresholds and delivery information applies for subscription orders.
  • Discount vouchers and codes cannot be used in conjunction with subscription orders unless you have received a specific subscription offer or code from Balance Me.
