To celebrate the launch of our Hydration Trio, we held a breakfast event with sustainable cook Melissa Hemsley where we discussed all things skincare, food and hydration.
Hyaluronic Acid is somewhat of a buzzword in the beauty world right now, and for good reason. This hydration powerhouse really packs a punch in the moisture stakes and is the hero ingredient in our new product launches; Tri-Molecular Hyaluronic Serum (out now) and our new Hyaluronic Plumping Primer (launching May 9th). We are thrilled that these products will be joining our award-winning Hyaluronic Plumping Mist to create our Hydration trio.
As Balance Me began as a sisterly chat around our kitchen and blossomed into a quest to find natural, solutions-driven skincare and a kinder work/life balance, we wanted to take it back to where it all began, with nourishing food and conversation around the table.
What better way to celebrate our Hydration trio than with a balanced brunch, in the company of passionate, sustainable cook Melissa Hemsley at Bourne & Hollingsworth’s Garden Room, Charing Cross, overlooking London’s iconic skyline.
The event was full of vibrant conversation about our new products, the hype around Hyaluronic Acid as well as balanced living. We spoke about achieving balance in our skin from the outside with our high-performance natural skincare as well as the importance of nourishing our skin from the inside through wholesome, fresh food, with hydration being a key talking point.
We enjoyed a menu packed full of skin-boosting ingredients – think seasonal smoothie bowls, smashed avo on toast, chia and flaxseed granola with coconut yoghurt and of course, Mel’s delicious happiness balls.
