FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?
Yes, all our products are suitable for those with sensitive skin. However, we would always recommend doing a patch test first to check for any skin irritation. Always read the full list of ingredients on the side of the packaging too.
I’m not sure where to start with your products, can you advise which products would suit me?
Of course. We understand it can be hard to choose a new skincare routine. Our team can help with specialist advice and product recommendations based on your needs and lifestyle. Just email us at [email protected]
I have eczema, which products would you recommend?
Eczema is a very common skin condition and whilst frustrating and uncomfortable, can be prevented before the symptoms occur.
Read our blog for more info on the best products for eczema prone skin, perfect for treating inflamed, itchy and dry skin.
I suffer from Rosacea, which products would you recommend?
We would always recommend looking at holistic solutions to treat rosacea prone skin in order to manage and reduce flare-ups. Pinpointing your triggers, such as sun and heat exposure, stress, alcohol, and digestive imbalances, is your first step.
Topical skincare that soothes rather than irritates will certainly help too. Read our blog for a simple daily routine for you, or contact us at [email protected] for personal advice.

Which products would you recommend for oily / acne prone skin?
To bring oily skin back into balance, it’s essential to get your cleansing routine right before anything else. Our sulphate and silicone free jelly textured Pure Skin Face Wash will gently purify, refresh and gently balance without stripping away the skin’s natural protective barriers.

Which products would you recommend for dry skin?
Dry skin is caused by a depletion of oil in the skin. Finding the right cleanser that won’t strip the skin is essential. We would recommend our Cleanse and Smooth Face Balm that deeply cleanses whilst the unique blend of essential oils and virgin coconut oil ensures even the driest skin is thoroughly hydrated.

Which products would you recommend for dehydrated skin?
Dehydrated skin, not to be confused with dry skin, is caused by a depletion of water in the skin. Signs of dehydration can include pronounced expression lines, lack lustre appearance, patchy make up throughout day. We would recommend looking at your diet to really tackle dehydrated skin. A poor diet high in salt, too much alcohol and caffeine, and a lack of sleep are all triggers.
The right skincare can really help bring your dehydrated skin back into balance. Look to products that contain Hyaluronic Acid that bind moisture to rehydrate and plump skin. We recommend keeping our Hyaluronic Plumping Mist to hand during the day so you can give your skin a quick hydrating refresh when it’s feeling parched or tight.

Which product would you recommend for pigmentation?
Pigmentation is normally the result of sun exposure and skin damage which is why it tends to appear in areas that receive more than their fair share of sunlight such as the face, neck, chest and hands. Irregular pigmentation can also occur as a result of hormonal fluctuations eg during the menopause or pregnancy. Minimising excessive sun exposure is always the best preventative measure. We recommend using a SPF protection right through the year such as our innovative natural SPF that blocks out both UVA and UVB rays.

Which products help with dark circles?
The secret to banishing dark circles is finding an eye cream that works.
The eyes are an area in which we often wish to smooth away fine line and wrinkles as well as brighten and reduce puffiness. We recommend using an eye cream specifically designed to target the issues you wish to combat.
When using our Wonder Eye Cream, tap a light layer with fingertips around the eye socket and eyebrow bone ensure you do not pull on the delicate eye area.

When should I use a facial oil?
A facial oil should be used after face serum and prior to your moisturiser, especially at night to help rejuvenate your skin while you sleep.
Gently press two drops of either our Radiance Face Oil (for brightness and elasticity) or Rose Otto Face Oil (nut-free for sensitive, red complexions) over cheeks, closed eyes and forehead. Breathe deeply, while you enjoy this five-minute daily massage. It will help to achieve a more radiant glow while the beautiful aromas have mood boosting properties. You can also addd acouple of drops to your daily moisturiser to give it an extra boost
When should I use a serum?
There is no one-size-fits all approach to applying serum as everyone has unique skin and personal preference to when to apply. We can provide guidelines based on our experience and our products.
We recommend applying our serums after cleansing and before moisturising. Simply dispense a generous pea-sized amount into your palm and then smooth over your skin, using upward strokes until fully absorbed.
You can turbo charge the efficiency of our serums by pairing with our moisturisers. For example, our Vitamin C Repair Serum will work in synergy to increase skin firmness with our Collagen Boost Moisturiser.
