HOW TO USE
For inhalation, massage, bath and vaporisation. Place under your nose and take a few deep breaths or apply up to 4 drops to a handkerchief, vaporiser, bath or 20ml of carrier oil before use. For external use only. Do not use undiluted on the skin. Avoid contact with eyes. Store in a cool dry place. Keep out of reach of children.
For all skin types. At bedtime, roll onto pulse points (wrists, inner elbow, neck, earlobes) and deeply inhale. Should you wake, reapply to help you fall back to sleep.
